By accessing and using Donny Wonny, operated by Donny Wonny LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
You agree to use Donny Wonny in a manner consistent with our values of emotional growth, empathy, and positive personal development.
In no event shall Donny Wonny, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Donny Wonny LLC is incorporated in the State of Texas.
Free tier accounts include up to 50 AI conversations per week. Upon reaching the weekly limit, free users receive 5 bonus "preview" messages before the limit is enforced. Premium and Donny Dens tier subscribers have unlimited AI conversations. Donny Wonny uses AI to generate periodic memory summaries of your conversations and to personalize your Donny companion's tone based on your mood history. These are automated features designed to improve your experience and are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, you may receive weekly recap notifications by push notification and/or email summarizing your activity (messages sent, mood entries, streaks). You can opt out of these communications at any time through your account's notification settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any recap email. Opting out of recap emails does not affect other transactional emails (e.g., password reset, billing).
A "Donny Den" is a named, themed space where users gather, share progress, and support one another. Users may create or join Donny Dens to collaborate on goals, exchange encouragement, and engage with shared content including Journeys, Donny Blueprints, and Spark Series. Den creators are responsible for the content they publish within their Den. Donny Wonny reserves the right to remove or restrict any Den that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Creating and joining a Den is free on eligible plans; Den creators must comply with applicable content and conduct policies.
