Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Donny Wonny, operated by Donny Wonny LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
Content and Conduct
You agree to use Donny Wonny in a manner consistent with our values of emotional growth, empathy, and positive personal development.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Donny Wonny, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Donny Wonny LLC is incorporated in the State of Texas.
AI Features & Usage Limits
Free tier accounts include up to 50 AI conversations per week (with a 10-per-day cap). Upon reaching the weekly limit, free users receive 5 bonus "preview" messages before the limit is enforced; the weekly limit resets each Monday at 00:00 UTC. Premium and Donny Dens tier subscribers have unlimited AI conversations for normal use; fair-use anti-abuse limits apply only to prevent runaway costs from extreme edge cases (e.g. a single account sending thousands of messages per day in an automated pattern). If you ever hit a fair-use limit, we'll tell you what it is and reset it within the same billing cycle on request. Donny Wonny uses AI to generate periodic memory summaries of your conversations and to personalize your Donny companion's tone based on your mood history. These are automated features designed to improve your experience and are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Weekly Recap Communications
By creating an account, you may receive weekly recap notifications by push notification and/or email summarizing your activity (messages sent, mood entries, streaks). You can opt out of these communications at any time through your account's notification settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any recap email. Opting out of recap emails does not affect other transactional emails (e.g., password reset, billing).
Spark Hubs
A "Spark Hub" is a creator's named, themed channel where they gather their growth content (Donny Blueprints, Journeys, Spark Series) into a single feed. Other users may discover, follow, and join Spark Hubs to receive that creator's content updates. Spark Hub creators are responsible for the content they publish within their Hub. Donny Wonny reserves the right to remove or restrict any Spark Hub that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Creating and joining a Spark Hub is free on eligible plans; Spark Hub creators must comply with applicable content and conduct policies. Note: this is a separate feature from the "Donny Dens" group plan tier, which provides a private shared space for up to six family or friend members.
