Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

Required Information:

- Statement of accuracy: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or electronic signature: Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
Required Information:
- Identification of the material: Describe the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Dallas County, Texas if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Physical or electronic signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process
Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the user who posted the material
- We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers
- We will document all DMCA notices for our records
Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notification:
- We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- We will inform them that we may restore the material in 10-14 business days
- We will restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Donny Wonny has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Report Software Piracy
If you discover pirated, cracked, or unauthorized versions of Donny Wonny being distributed, please report it to us immediately.
