Prorated Refunds
- Partial Refund Window: 31-60 days after subscription purchase
- Prorated Calculation: Refund amount calculated based on unused subscription time
- Admin Review: Refunds in this period require administrative approval
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
Calculation Example
If you subscribed for a $14.99/month premium plan 45 days ago:
- Days used: 45 days
- Days remaining in 60-day window: 15 days
- Eligible refund: (15/60) × $14.99 = $3.75

Technical Issues
- Service Outages: Full refund available regardless of time period
- Data Loss: Immediate full refund if we cannot recover your group's progress
- AI Functionality Issues: Partial refund for periods when core AI features were unavailable
Billing Errors
- Duplicate Charges: Immediate full refund
- Incorrect Pricing: Difference refunded immediately
- Currency Conversion Errors: Full adjustment provided
Accidental Purchases
- Child Purchases: Full refund within 60 days with parental verification
- Multiple Subscriptions: Duplicate subscriptions refunded immediately
- Wrong Plan Selection: Free plan switching or refund available

- Click "Request Refund" next to your subscription
- Select your reason and provide optional feedback
- Submit request - eligible refunds are processed automatically

Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)
Physical items (apparel, accessories, books, prints) are made to order by our fulfillment partners Printful and Lulu Direct. Because each item is custom-printed for you, the following policy applies in place of the subscription policy above:
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Email support@donnywonny.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice. You never pay return shipping.
- Change of mind / wrong size:Because items are made to order we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, color preference, or size mistakes once the order has entered production. Please double-check your selection at checkout.
- Vendor cancellation or production failure: If the printer cancels, fails to produce your item, or marks it undeliverable, an automatic full refundis issued to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). No action required — you'll get an email confirmation.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 21 days (45 days international), contact support and we will reprint or refund.
- No restocking fees, ever. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by us, not deducted from your refund.
International Customers
- EU Customers: 14-day withdrawal right under EU Consumer Rights Directive
- UK Customers: Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections apply
- Australian Customers: Australian Consumer Law guarantees honored
- Canadian Customers: Provincial consumer protection laws respected
