Premium ($14.99/month, $39.99/quarter, or $143.99/year) unlocks unlimited AI conversations for normal personal use*, a custom Donny personality builder for chat, voice journal with auto-transcription, voice responses from Donny, full Guided Programs library, publish Journeys, advanced analytics & weekly insights, Purchase Check Premium context (shift %, comparisons, goal tie-in), and Premium formatted journal export (CSV/PDF; free tier includes JSON data portability). *Fair use: Premium subscribers and the Together plan owner get unlimited personal AI chat for typical use. Together invited members keep the free-tier 50 messages/week cap for personal Donny chat unless they subscribe to Premium separately. Automated anti-abuse limits apply only to extreme automated volume (see Terms of Service). Everyone can switch among seven personality archetypes anytime on every plan.

Together ($24.99/month, $69.99/quarter, or $239.99/year) gives the plan owner full Premium. Invited members get Together pod features — Shared Donny, Together Thread, co-guardian, pod hub, shared memories, and pod activities — up to 6 people total on one plan.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in those platforms (device subscription settings). Web subscriptions purchased through Stripe are managed at Settings → Billing → Open billing portal on donnywonny.com. For questions, contact support@donnywonny.com.

Yes — how depends on where you subscribed: **Web (Stripe):** Settings → Billing → Open billing portal. Upgrades, downgrades, and interval changes (monthly ↔ quarterly ↔ annual) are handled by Stripe. Mid-cycle changes are typically prorated on Stripe's side; unused time may appear as account credit on your next invoice. We don't show proration math in-app — email support@donnywonny.com if a charge looks wrong. **Premium → Together:** Subscribe to Together via checkout or the portal. Together starts when payment completes. If you still have active Premium on the same account, contact support so we can align the subscriptions. **Together → Premium or cancel:** Change or cancel in the portal or app-store settings. Access continues through the period you've already paid for. When Together ends, **Together-gated shared pod content** for your billing pod is archived until the plan owner resubscribes — your personal journal stays private and your personal Donny is unchanged. When Together is active again, **everyone still on the group roster** gets that shared content back together, not just the plan owner. **Mobile (App Store / Google Play):** Apple and Google handle upgrades, downgrades, and proration per their rules in your device subscription settings.

Growth Points are an earned in-app balance you get for real growth actions — journaling, Soul Sparks, streaks, goals, creative work, and similar. They are not sold for real money and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeem them in the app's Rewards Marketplace for streak tools and earn boosts, or burn them on donnywonny.com/merchandise for one-time discount codes on physical merch. Premium subscribers also get a separate complimentary merch code every 30 days that does not spend your points.

When someone signs up with your referral code and completes **assigned daily Soul Sparks** on 3 different days within 14 days (after their account is at least 24 hours old), you earn referral rewards including Growth Points. Self-referrals and automated farming violate our Terms.

Think in two layers: **pod shapes** and the **Together plan**. **Pod shapes** are private spaces for people you trust: **Couple** (two partners), **Circle** / **Friends** (a small peer group), and **Family** (guardian roles and parental controls). The names differ mainly in size and features — Family adds co-guardian and parental controls — but they are all the same kind of thing: a shared pod on Donny Wonny. **Together** is the paid plan (up to 6 people on one subscription). The plan owner gets bundled Premium; invited members get Together pod features. Picking **Couple**, **Family**, **Friends**, or **Group** at signup is an onboarding path — same billing, different default setup. **On Free**, every shape includes **one pod connection** (member or child — your choice) and **post feeds** inside that pod. **Together-gated shared features** (same rules for Couple, Family, Friends, and Group) need an active Together plan: shared journals, couple/family activities, Shared Donny, Together Thread, Shared Memories, pod activities/challenges, co-guardian, additional connections (beyond the free slot, up to 6 total), and the pod dashboard. **Your personal journal always stays private** and is never auto-shared. **Donny Den community rooms** are separate — themed public or private rooms, not your private Couple/Circle/Family pod. A **post feed** is a persistent, reverse-chronological board inside a Donny Den community room, Circle, Couple, or Family — with comments (one level of reply). Authors can edit or delete their own posts; space owners or guardians can remove posts that violate guidelines. **Group chat** is a real-time conversation stream inside the same space when the owner enables it. Direct messages (DMs) are separate, user-to-user, and end-to-end encrypted on supported mobile clients.

Together ($24.99/month or $239.99/year) is the paid plan for a shared group of up to 6 people (billing SKU id `groups`). **Couple**, **Family**, **Friends** (Circle), and **Group** are flavor labels at signup — they preconfigure your group shape and UI, but **billing and the member cap are the same**. Family flavor emphasizes guardian tools; Couple is sized for two; Friends maps to a Circle. **Free** includes **one pod connection** (member or child) and **post feeds**. **Together** expands the pod to up to 6 people and unlocks the advanced shared stack for every flavor: shared journals, couple and family activities, Shared Donny, pod thread, shared memories, co-guardian, and the pod dashboard.

Users aged 13–17 must provide a parent or guardian email for Email Plus verification before unrestricted social features — community posts, stranger DMs, or Donny Den community rooms. Until verified, teens can use solo features (journaling, Donny chat, growth tools). Parents can revoke consent anytime via the link in the verification email; revocation is enforced automatically and blocks unrestricted social while solo growth tools remain. **Family-supervised teens** (linked to a parent on a Family account with parental controls enabled) follow the guardian's Family settings and may retain family-scoped features under those controls even when Email Plus consent is still pending.

These are **two separate events**. The **plan owner** is whoever pays for Together and created the Together billing pod — only they can run a **fresh start** (reset the group). Shared content falls into **two buckets**: • **Together shared stack** (requires active Together): shared journals, couple and family activities, Shared Donny, pod thread, shared memories wall, pod activities/challenges, co-guardian, and pod dashboard — for any flavor (Couple, Family, Friends, or Group). • **Free pod basics** (no Together required): **one pod connection** (member or child) and **post feeds** inside that pod. **1. Together plan ends (billing lapse):** The **Together shared stack** is **archived** (hidden, not deleted). Members usually stay on the roster. Personal journals and personal Donny are unchanged. When the plan owner resubscribes, that stack is **restored for everyone still on the roster** — not only the plan owner. People who left before restore do not auto-regain access; new invitees only see content from their join date forward. **Free connection and post feeds are not part of this billing archive** — they keep working after Together lapses unless you end that Couple, Circle, or Family connection yourself. **2. The group itself ends (separate from billing):** Ending a Couple connection, leaving, removing a member, or a plan-owner **fresh start** closes or replaces that group. A fresh start permanently supersedes the old Together billing pod and creates a new empty one — resubscribing does **not** bring that old shared stack back.
